Keep your child's details current by emailing the school if anything changes. Students are responsible for remembering their own belongings, though emergency items like medication can be passed to staff at the General Office.
Updating of Student/Parent/Guardian Particulars
We understand that students and families may undergo some changes (eg. change in home address) from time to time. As a school, we must ensure that the addresses, contact numbers and commuter status of all Southviens are kept up-to-date so that they can be easily contacted in times of emergency. Should there be any changes, please alert the school via email at svps@moe.edu.sg.
Personal responsibility of students
In order to develop a sense of responsibility in our students, the school will not allow parents to hand any items which they have forgotten (eg. homework and water bottles) to the Guard Post. The school will only accept emergency related items such as medication, which must be passed to the staff-on-duty at the General Office.
Note: For delivery of lunch for after-school activities, it will be at Gate 3 and Gate 4 only.
