InnoChef With A Cultural Twist

South View has taken a bold move to introduce basic cooking and baking as part of teaching and learning process. Conducted by our own teacher-chefs in the Innoprise Careland, which is the I & E room fitted with a kitchenette, this programme allows all pupils to go through baking or cooking lessons that promotes the value of healthy eating by educating our pupils to make healthier food choices.

The programme is designed to equip pupils with culinary skills when they learn to cook different ethnic dishes. As part of the school’s cultural package - SV’s Cultural Connections, pupils will be given opportunities to experience and learn more about the culture of the ethnic dish and even pick up conversational language related to the different ethnic groups.
