Dear Parents/Guardians,

 In view of the current COVID-19 situation, the Singapore Student Learning Space (SLS) and Gsuite for education, will be key platforms of our school to support students in their home-based learning (HBL). If your child/ward encounters issue accessing SLS, please follow the steps shown in the SLS recovery poster below.

Technical requirements for Student Learning Space

SLS is accessible through internet browsers on either Windows PC, Mac, iPad or Android tablets. The recommended operating systems and browsers are:

For a good user experience, tablets should have a screen size of at least 7 inches. However, a small number of resources may not work on tablets due to technical constraints. Currently, SLS is not fully optimised for mobile phones even though users can access the system and resources.

Google Suite

If your child/ward encounters issue accessing G Suite, please follow the steps shown in the G Suite recovery poster below.

Please take note that the operating hours for South View Primary School’s Helpdesk is from 0800 to 1600 hrsMondays to Fridays. For any other times, you may contact the SLS Central (MOE) Helpline. They will operate after school operating hours (4pm – 9pm on weekdays, 9am – 9pm on Saturday). However, students may email the SLS Central Helpdesk at helpdesk@sls.ufinity.com at any time for assistance.
