Use of Photographs and Videos for School Publicity

During the course of your child's/ward's time in our school, photographs, recordings, and student work may be captured or created during various school events, programmes, activities, lessons, and assessments. Student work includes but is not limited to written assignments, projects, artwork, creative outputs, presentations, and academic achievements.

These photographs, recordings, and student work are invaluable to our school's efforts to enhance teaching and learning effectiveness and for publicity purposes. Some of these materials will be shared with our stakeholders to showcase our school's vibrant learning environment and celebrate our Southviens' achievements.

The photographs, recordings, and student work may be published on our school website, publications, social media channels, and other communication platforms. When sharing student work, we may include your child's/ward's name and class to recognise their achievements, or we may share the work anonymously depending on the context and educational purpose.

Please inform us via letter or email at svps@moe.edu.sg if you do not wish for any photographs, recordings or work of you or your child/ward to be used for these purposes.
